Creator Earnings and Monetization Policy

A. Performance Based Revenue

Eligible Creators may earn revenue based on qualified listens to their published stories.

1. Qualified Listen: A listen is counted when a unique, authenticated user plays a Creator's story for a minimum of sixty (60) continuous seconds. Partial plays, paused and resumed plays, or plays shorter than 60 seconds do not count as Qualified Listens.
2. Eligibility Threshold: Creators must accumulate a minimum of 1,000 qualified listens across all their stories before stream revenue is activated for their account.
3. Earning Rate: Once eligible, Creators earn virtual Diamonds for each new qualified listen. The earning rate is set by Storible and is subject to change at any time. Current rates can be viewed in the Creator Portal.
4. No Guaranteed Income: Stream revenue is not guaranteed. Rates may fluctuate based on platform economics, total user activity, and other factors at Storible's sole discretion.

B. Gifting

Creators can instantly start earning through virtual gifts from their community of listeners. No minimums, no live streaming requirements, no limitations. Just engage and earn. Users may send virtual gifts to Creators from the Gift Catalog. Gift values are denominated in coins and are converted to diamonds for the receiving Creator. All gifts are voluntary, non-refundable, and final.

A. Dual Currency System

Storible uses a dual virtual currency system:

1. Coins: This virtual currency is purchased by users with real money through in-app purchases. Coins are used to send gifts to Creators. Coins are non-refundable and hold no cash value outside the platform.
2. Diamonds: This is the virtual currency earned by Creators through gifts received and qualified stream listens. Diamonds represent a Creator's redeemable earnings and may be withdrawn as real currency, subject to minimum balance and withdrawal requirements.

B. Exchange Rate

The conversion rate between coins, diamonds, and real currency is set by Storible and may change at any time.

A. Prohibited Activities

You may not, directly or through third parties:

1. Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to inflate listen counts;
2. Repeatedly play your own stories to generate revenue;
3. Coordinate with others to artificially inflate listen counts ("stream farming");
4. Create multiple accounts to circumvent listening limits or boost engagement metrics; or
5. Use any method to manipulate the platform's algorithms, trending rankings, or recommendation systems.

B. Enforcement Measures

Storible is serious about maintaining the integrity of the platform and the fairness of the revenue model we have established. To maintain that, the Company has implemented the following enforcement measures:

1. Duplicate Detection: Only one qualified listen is counted per user, per story, per calendar day.
2. Daily Listening Caps: There is a maximum number of qualified listens a single user can generate per day across all stories.
3. Self-Listen Exclusion: Creators cannot generate revenue from listening to their own stories.
4. Authentication Requirement: Only logged-in users with verified accounts contribute to qualified listen counts.
5. Algorithmic Monitoring: Storible employs automated systems to detect patterns of artificial or fraudulent streaming activity.

C. Consequences

Violations may result in:

1. Removal of fraudulently generated listens and associated earnings;
2. Temporary or permanent suspension of monetization privileges;
3. Suspension or termination of your account;
4. Forfeiture of pending or unredeemed Diamond balances; and/or
5. Referral to law enforcement as necessary.
